Sphere provides comprehensive reporting capabilities that enable financial institutions to securely track and analyze their on-chain activities through ready-made reports.
Reports API allows to easily generate formatted transaction activity reports, track customer balances, monitor network activity, and export data for compliance and reconciliation purposes.
Available Reports
- Customer Summary: List of all customers, including their balances and activity overview
- Transaction Reports: Detailed logs of all transactions, including network data and status
- Balance Reports: Point-in-time snapshots of customer balances
- Network Activity: Aggregate statistics of your institution's network usage
- Compliance Reports: Pre-formatted reports for regulatory requirements
How Reports Work
Reports are fully formatted documents encompassing your transaction data, presented according to recognized financial standards (e.g., IFRS or local GAAP). This option is ideal for compliance reviews, external audits, or for easy sharing with regulators and partners.

Moreover in order to facilitate international compliance requirements, reports can be natively generated in multiple languages.

Regulatory Alignment
The reporting engine adapts to various international accounting frameworks to meet local compliance requirements, adhering to globally recognized standards such as IFRS, with the ability to tailor reports to national GAAP or industry-specific mandates.
On-Chain Logging
For enhanced auditability, institutions can enable automatic on-chain recording of report generation events. Each report request is cryptographically timestamped and stored on the blockchain, creating a permanent and verifiable audit trail.
Data Retention
Reports are available for the last 10 years of activity, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
