When submitting a transaction, users can include a stablecoin payment instruction that compensates a relayer for covering the native token fee. The relayer network operates as a permissionless marketplace where any participant can complete these transactions by providing the required USD and collecting the stablecoin reward. This system ensures network accessibility for institutional users who primarily hold stablecoins while maintaining the economic security of the validator network.
